We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, ensuring they understand their options and the benefits of each policy. As an Insurance Agent, you will engage in outside sales activities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize sales administration tools to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the client base.
Experience
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in outside sales or retail sales environments is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for successful client interactions.
