- Support the Business Development team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries..
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up with the finance team to assure timely collection of payments.
- Track sales targets and report performance using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
