This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for managing new and existing clients, providing high-quality customer service, selling insurance products and policies, and working with insurance brokerage teams to enhance service efficiency. This role includes assessing clients’ needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Additionally, the representative will be required to maintain detailed records and stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field is a plus
Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
