Job Summary:
The Junior Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Shutter Shop Egypt’s clients. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and after-sales support.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and suggestions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
