Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our marketing team within a dynamic real estate company. This role involves supporting media buying strategies to generate leads, increase property visibility, and promote our brand across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a keen eye for performance metrics and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing media buying campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, display, etc.) for property listings and brand awareness.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify advertising opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between ad content and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and report on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Make recommendations for A/B testing and audience targeting improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of ad spend, invoices, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with sales and real estate teams to align advertising strategies with inventory and availability.
- Support senior media buyers in negotiations with media vendors and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in real estate (is a must).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using ad platforms, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a bonus.
