About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid campaigns for major accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role requires someone who understands the nuances of Gulf markets, audience behavior, and how to drive ROI across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and account management teams to execute campaigns with impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies tailored to Saudi markets
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, creatives, or audiences to maximize results
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between messaging and targeting
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Keep up with platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry benchmarks
- Participate in virtual meetings with the team and/or clients as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media buying with strong portfolio of campaigns
- Proven success managing performance campaigns for brands, ideally in healthcare or GCC markets
- Advanced understanding of platform-specific ad managers and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is preferred
- Familiarity with Saudi culture, audience behavior, and content sensitivities is a plus
Work Structure:

Compensation:
- Salary is open for negotiation based on experience and work model
