Lead, Digital Payments Business Analytics

Purpose of the job

Manage digital payments reporting and analytics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Duties and responsibilities

1. Conduct the ongoing business reporting and analytics activities for Orange Cash.
2. Work closely with the internal teams for developing & extracting the needed reports and dashboards.
3. Provide & establish new innovative & forecasting dashboards for identifying trends and opportunities for supporting the business.
4. Engage with all Orange Cash business streams to provide ongoing analytics and support in driving business decisions.
5. Translates complex datasets into strategic insights through visualizing results and providing recommendations.
6. Conduct ongoing reporting to external stakeholders and regulators.
7. Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements & engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to Orange Cash business management

Job specification

Education

• Bachelor degree from a well recognized university in one of the following fields: Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

• 1 - 2 years experience in business analytics
• SQL, Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
