- The Depot has 8 KM3 of storage capacity with average annual throughput volume of 0.5 million M3.
- Products: Gasoline (2 Grades) & Gas Oil.
- Subordinates & Team: 34 employees (7 Staff + 27 Outsourced).
- The Depot is operated in 3 shifts (24/7).
- Average Annual OPEX Budget : 32 MEGP.
- Average Annual CAPEX budget : 15 MEGP.
Activities
• Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program.
• Participating in making the depot proactive, up to date and complies with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation according to TOTALENERGIES updated policies and standards.
• Implement the required process of due diligence within area of responsibilities.
• Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTALENERGIES code of conduct values.
• Good awareness of TOTALENERGIES GOLDEN RULES and knowing how to apply with his subordinate and to the outside contactors
• Manage all critical safety equipment testing, raising a report to depot manager in case of any malfunction.
• Prepare the downgraded mode in case of failure of one of the safety barriers and approve it from the depot manager.
• Align maintenance processes & procedures of Suez Depot according to TOTALENERGIES guidelines.
• Manage Asset integrity and critical safety barriers for Suez Depot according to TOTALENERGIES guidelines.
• Prepare the annual preventive maintenance plan covering maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
• Planning and executing all maintenance activities on site (preventive & corrective).
• Ensure effective implementation of CMMS (DIMO MAINT) including the assets register, maintenance plan, assets downtime, and KPIs.
• Assigned as Isolation Manager and requested to perform validation of isolation works (LOTO).
• Follow the outside contractors and be sure that they follow all required safety precautions according to the agreed prevention plan.
• Effective management of maintenance controls ensure compliance of group acceptable tolerance.
• Ensure full adherence to all TOTALENERGIES maintenance operational practices issues and comply with standards.
• Develop comprehensive assets Reliability & Integrity plan for the Depot.
• Ensure that the Depot maintenance team is effectively resourced as per business requirements and highlight requirements.
• Contributing to a positive team working environment within his department.
• Ensure staff require competencies development through effective coaching on-the-job and e-learning tool.
• Conduct periodical Individual Performance Reviews for all subordinates.
• Acting as team player, motivating, coaching, and developing site maintenance staff.
• Ensuring business confidentiality.
• Participate and act as team member for all projects in the depot.
Candidate Profile
• University graduate; Mechanical / Electrical, or equivalent technical degrees.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, out of which 2 years in maintenance responsibility.
• Problem Solving and decision making.
• Strong knowledge & practices on HSEQ is a plus.
• Ability to empower, judgment and coaching characteristics.
• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations, …).
