Create plans and programs for routine preventive maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at Coca-Cola plants and accurately defines and estimates required work requests & maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans using SAP PM
- Create and maintain equipment master data, task lists, maintenance plans, and work orders in SAP
- Review and analyze maintenance records to optimize asset performance and reduce breakdowns.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to minimize disruption to operations.
- Liaise with maintenance, production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure availability of resources, tools, and spare parts.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure they have adequate detail to complete the task efficiently
- Manage spare parts and laisse with the maintenance department and spare parts warehouse to ensure stocks availability
- Refine systems to ensure maintenance planning and scheduling is completed efficiently each week.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and maintenance backlog.
- Lead and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and analyze Repair & Maintenance (R&M) spending on a Month-To-Date (MTD) and Year-To-Date (YTD) basis
- Conduct regular meetings with Maintenance Managers to review maintenance plans, address critical issues, align priorities, and ensure effective execution of maintenance strategies
- Provide training to the maintenance team on standard maintenance processes, SAP PM usage, while monitoring and verifying the actual execution of work orders on the ground to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in both maintenance and production engineering roles.
- Proven experience in SAP PM module, including work order management, planning, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- PMP certificate is a plus
