Job Summary
The role incumbent is responsible for managing the Corporate Affairs departments and relationship with government including Ministries, Chambers, Municipalities, Notary, Courts, Economic Departments, Traffic Departments, Immigration, Water and Economics Departments, Traffic Departments etc
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Corporate affairs Departments
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage PR Specialists.
- Develop PR Strategies, Campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
- Improve management and employee relations.
- Manage any issues related to Visa Section
- Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal
- government officials and media representatives.
- Handling & Advising PR activities as when required.
- Manage an organization's reputation with the public and clients.
- Interfacing with all Governmental and Non-governmental Authorities including: Ministries, Chamber, Municipalitie, Notary, Courts, Economic Departments, Traffic Departments, Immigration, Water and Electricity Authority, Environmental Authority).
- Manage all related matters with the Authorities in terms of :
- Handle & supervise the functioning of Administration
- Develop effective relationships with the municipality, Electricity Board, Immigration Office and such other government Depts
- Solve labour cases and all related matters for the group of companies.
- Deal with the Municipality for the Cases and issues related Fines and Penalties.
- Renew Companies Various license and documents finalized for group of companies with Economic Departments.
KPIs
- SLA timeline for completion of various cases accurately.
- Internal & External customer satisfaction.
Work experience requirement
10 years experience as Corporate Affairs & Public Relation & Administration with FMCG and/or large regional companies.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree with Public Relations or related field.
