A Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy and brand positioning in Egypt. Develop campaigns that support sales growth, customer engagement, and market awareness, especially across the construction and materials segments.
Key Accountabilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Egypt.
- Lead brand development, product marketing, and campaign management.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the sales team with promotional tools and lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and PR partners.
- Monitor ROI of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing in construction or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
