A Sales Director will lead the commercial sales strategy and execution for Egypt, driving revenue growth and market penetration within the building materials sector. Oversee key account management, distribution networks, and the local sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with regional goals.
- Identify and expand customer base across key sectors (construction, real estate, infrastructure).
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and report to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the local sales team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of sales experience in building materials or chemicals industry.
- Strong network in the Egyptian construction market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
