San3a Tech, the parent company of Fab Lab Egypt, is dedicated to making innovation accessible by providing tools, resources, and hands-on learning to empower communities.

The Solidarity Fab Labs project focuses on enabling youth (18–35 years old), especially students and entrepreneurs, to turn their ideas into reality using digital fabrication technologies and skill-building programs across multiple locations in Egypt.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support content creation, publishing, and community management across solidarity Fab Labs Facebook & Instagram pages. This is a part-time hybrid position ideal for someone early in their career who understands how to speak to and engage with young audiences online.

You’ll report to the Project Manager and work under the supervision of a Senior Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Plan, write, and publish engaging content across Facebook and Instagram.

• 
  Create visuals using Canva that align with brand tone and guidelines

• 
  Moderate comments and DMs in a timely, brand-consistent voice

• 
  Track basic metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, response time) and share insights with the team

• 
  Collaborate with the project team to align social media efforts with ongoing events.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  0–1 year of experience in social media content writing & moderation (internships and student projects count!)

• 
  Worked with Canva before, or Adobe design tools like Photoshop & Illustrator

• 
  Familiarity with content calendars

• 
  Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• 
  Ability to adapt tone and messaging to resonate with youth and makerspace communities

• 
  Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram tools (Meta Business Suite, Analytics, etc.)

• 
  Bonus: exposure to creative, educational, or entrepreneurial environments
