Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding the selection and application of product range.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers to showcase features and benefits.
- Submit quotation requests to the sales support team through the CRM system and follow up to ensure the issuance of the quotations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
- Commit to use CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with ( technical, sales support, finance, logistics, etc.) team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for irrigation and water utility projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university, additional certifications are a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure field (pumps, valves, joints, etc.).
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer tools (Microsoft office, etc.).
