Mid-Senior Tech. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Onsite ( El Gouna)
Kalasko Inc. is seeking a talented Mid-Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in El Gouna ( Housing facility is provided ) to join our on-site dynamic HR team and drive excellence in full-cycle recruitment and cross-functional HR operations. This role is critical in building meaningful connections between top IT talent and forward-thinking client companies across Europe and the USA. Role Objectives
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Deeply understand client industries, team culture, and hiring standards
- Source, screen, and match qualified applicants using candidate databases and strategic outreach
- Review applications, curate shortlists, and ensure candidates align with client needs
- Evaluate specialized IT resumes and conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs) and Culture Fit assessments
- Brief candidates on job responsibilities, benefits, and growth opportunities
- Manage interview coordination, HR database updates, and monthly hiring progress reports
- Support seamless onboarding with handbooks, policy guidance, and medical benefits administration
- Lead HR investigations and manage employee medical complaints and reimbursements
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Post jobs, develop candidate pipelines, and manage selection workflows
- Lead screening calls, assessments, and virtual interviews
- Send offers, onboard new hires, and act as the key client liaison
- Ensure up-to-date candidate profiles and accurate HR reporting
- Support additional HR tasks, including employee relations, issuing official documents .. etc
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as Tech.Talent Acquisition
- Proven full-cycle recruitment expertise and client management experience
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong grasp of HR best practices, compliance, and candidate experience principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
