Prepare frequently financial and, performance reports in line of business with budget control and utilization.
Key accountabilities
Prepare frequently (Monthly, Quarterly, and annually) financials with accompanying analysis of results under LOB as follow:
Loans & Deposits daily trend
LOB analyzing the major clients variance by Rate
Daily Commissions By LOB
LOB package analyzing the actual vs budget by LOB
Profitability by Client
Profitability by branch
Corporate profitability by group head
Presentation of income statement by LOB to the CBE
New Daily Interest Income & Expense by LOB
Daily Deposits Cost of Fund
Bench - mark Analysis Report, comparing ABK Performance with banking sector members in Egyptian market.
Tracking the approval request comparing to the related budget
