Nokia’s Mobile Networks (MN) team is offering a dynamic summer internship program for students and recent graduates eager to be part of the future of wireless technology. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that contribute to the advancement of next-generation solutions, including 5G, cloud-native networks, and AI-powered systems.

- Learn about RF/MW Planning/Design, RF Optimization, Site Engineering, RAN/MW integration and concepts.
- Learn the latest about Nokia Portfolio and products.
- Competence development activities for future technologies (5G,6G, Radio Intelligence Controllers, O-RAN, V-RAN).
- Learn & use advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
- Learn about Radio/MW performance KPIs and how to maintain / improve them.
- Learn and work on Radio/MW parameters Setting and tuning.
You Have:
- Under Graduates in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
