- Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, including digital prospecting, remarketing, and acquisition efforts.
- Optimize performance across all paid, organic, and owned media channels to maximize return on Ad spending investment (ROAS) and lower CAC.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and any other paid channels.
- Implement full-funnel attribution modeling to track and optimize cross-channel performance, including web-to-app conversions.
- Test, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels (programmatic, influencer-led performance, affiliate, partnerships).
- Partnered with creative teams to A/B test and iterate on ad creatives for maximum conversion impact.
- Collaborate with data & tech teams to automate workflows, integrate new tools, and enhance customer segmentation.
- Improve funnel conversion rates through data-driven optimizations and behavioral insights.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, and deploy personalized retargeting strategies.
- Implement incrementality testing to distinguish real performance uplift vs. cannibalization.
- Drive CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) improvements through strategic retention-focused marketing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team focused on rapid experimentation and revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics for smarter campaign management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2C startup or marketplace environment.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, social, affiliate, programmatic, email, and retargeting).
- Strong budget management skills, optimizing for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and incrementality.
- Experience in leading a team of at least 4 performance marketers.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search Ads, and affiliate marketing.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Hotjar, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, marketing automation, and behavioral analytics.
- Proficiency in attribution tools (Kochava, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) is a must.
- CRM and marketing automation experience with Braze, MoEngage, or WebEngage is an advantage
- Ability to connect performance marketing insights to business goals (ROI, revenue growth, profitability).
- Exceptional data analysis skills with a strong foundation in SQL (Nice to have), Excel, and visualization tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
