About this Position
This role focuses on driving growth in the pharmacy channel by developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities. It also involves managing key pharmacy relationships, overseeing product availability, and leveraging data to optimize performance and inform business decisions.What you´ll do
- Develop and implement for the pharmacy channel that aligns with overall brand and business development plans, this includes identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and assessing competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key pharmacy accounts, including independent pharmacies and large pharmacy chains.
- Oversee the entire process from product sourcing and inventory management to timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on product availability and stock status within each pharmacy, proactively identifying and addressing supply or accessibility gaps.
- Data Analysis and Forecasting: Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for channel optimization.
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders on market dynamics and customer needs.
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any relevant study.
- 0-1 Years of experience Sales.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Good Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- High level of data analytical skills as well as adequate communication and presentation capabilities.
