Review and close all operational complaints received through the Customers’ Rights Protection Unit, Consumer Performance Enhancement and the relevant control channels and work on closing them in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered and that the required governance is maintained.
Monitor the day to day operations of the sales channels and ensure that all the needed documentations are conveyed and sent to the relevant departments in accordance to the agreed SOPs
Advise sales channels staff when needed with all the information needed and increase their awareness regarding governing laws, regulations and the internal policies and procedures.
Review all the Sales Channels Department records including stamps, keys register and monitor Inward/Outward mails to increase department documentation control.
Support the Sales Channels Support & Efficiency Manager in the daily monitoring of Compliance with all the applicable (policies and procedures laws and regulations)
