We are looking for a Senior Manager, SAP Security to drive the growth of our SAP Security practice across EMEA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of business development, solution architecture, and technical delivery expertise. You will play a critical role in expanding our sales pipeline, winning deals, and scaling our team; while ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality SAP security solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Growth & Sales
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand our SAP Security pipeline.
- Lead pre-sales efforts, including client engagement, bid development, and proposal creation.
- Qualify leads and shape solutions that align with client needs, balancing security, business objectives, and cost-effectiveness.
- Price deals effectively and develop competitive commercial models.
- Drive internal marketing and awareness of our SAP Security offerings across the wider organization.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to refine service offerings and leverage existing capabilities.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Design and architect end-to-end SAP Security and GRC solutions, covering on-premises and cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring secure and scalable SAP implementations.
- Oversee security assessments, roadmap development, and remediation planning.
- Innovate by automating security processes and introducing new methodologies.
- Lead teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
Hiring & Team Expansion
- Define and execute a hiring strategy to build a high-performing SAP Security team.
- Lead recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Act as a mentor and people leader, fostering growth and professional development within the team.

- Proven experience in SAP Security, GRC, and Solution Architecture with a strong commercial mindset.
- Track record of winning new business, growing sales, and driving revenue within a consulting or services environment.
- Ability to price, structure, and staff deals effectively.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading and delivering complex SAP Security projects.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management), Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management.
- Ability to work across multiple industries (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, finance) and adapt solutions accordingly.
- Fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SAP BTP Security, IAG, IAS, or other emerging SAP security technologies.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and risk management best practices.
