What You'll Do!
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to offer prices for cars based on their specifications and condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns related to the offered price.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during client interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Notify clients in a timely manner if their car is rejected and provide detailed reasons for the rejection.
Who You Are!
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
