Location: Egypt (Cairo), Greece (Athens) or Bulgaria (Sofia)
The Product Analyst acts as the key player in designing, building / delivering an E2E digital product that meets business requirements, leverage latest technology trends. He/She ensures long-term stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the MDG Material Product Roadmap creation and update, incl. the integration to other Products, dependent services, technology and platforms
- Responsible to analyze the business requirements, turn them in technical requirements and provide input to effort estimation, and keeping Backlog list and Platform documentation up to date
- Together with Product manager and Architects validate process compliance of new requirements, targeting simplification and standardization of proposed solutions
- Align solution UI/UX aspects with Business Owners and Countries, validate the technical realization
- Proactively identify and address performance and usability gaps, regulary analyse countries and end users feedback. Provide concise recommendations to sustainable improvements
- Provide guidance to business team on existing and future Platform Capabilities and anticipate business requirements, identify Proof of Concept opportunities
- Prioritize the Product Backlog list together with the Product manager as part of DevSecOps Teams, and in alignment with the MDG Material Product Roadmap
- Participate in the Product Development team and contribute Release & PI Package scope delivery
- Assess and prioritize the backlog items of already approved PI scope, incl. detailed business analysis
- Analyze detailed business requirements, prepare business design, define backlog items, approve solution design with Platform and Solution Architects.
- Update Product documentation, keeping repository of Country-Specific processes & capabilities (WIKI, ADO Features & User Stories)
- Participate in Product Operations Team and work on Continuous product & service improvements
- Contribute to the improvement of service delivery & availability
- Provide assessment of escalated Incidents & Problems to assure faster issue resolution
- Provide guidance for backlog prioritization
- Proactively monitor and report on product stability and performance. Provide clear recommendations for sustainable improvements

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University Degree in the relevant area
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Master Data, incl. MDM Solutions implementation, deployments, upgrades and support.
- Experience in working together with Business Owners and Technical Teams on providing solutions to business requests
- Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevSecOps delivery models.
- Ability to capture business requirements, analyze, assess and provide guidance on potential technical solution
- Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in the Master Data areas.
- Any certification related to SAP MDG will be considered as advantage
- Skills & experience in usage of DevSecOps Management platforms and tools (i.e. SAFe, MS Azure DevOps)
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- English proficiency
