Role Objectives
Product Operations is a function that has emerged in leading tech companies to scale product teams more effectively. It acts as a backbone, providing operational support across planning, data, tooling, experimentation, go-to-market readiness, and internal enablement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Track usage and adoption of product tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Jira, Confluence).
Identify underutilized systems, broken workflows, or adoption gaps and escalate them for resolution.
Administer product tools, coordinate updates, and facilitate training to maximize effectiveness.
Lead internal rollout plans, ensuring all prerequisites are met before launch.
Monitor newly released features to ensure alignment and prevent conflicts with existing systems.
Track internal adoption metrics and collect feedback to assess rollout success and improvement areas.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, engineering, and support teams to align on new processes and releases.
Create enablement kits including SOPs, training materials, and in-product guidance.
Survey internal teams post-launch to capture feedback and support continuous improvement.
Track and support internal experiments (features or process changes), combining qualitative and quantitative learnings.
Summarize insights in collaboration with PMs to shape product decisions and operational strategies.
Translate data into actionable insights and impact dashboards to drive strategic alignment.
Own and run planning cadences such as OKRs and quarterly syncs to align teams on key goals and track progress.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields or any related field
Strong experience in product enablement, operations, or program management.
Comfort with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Confluence, and project trackers.
Able to work with cross-functional teams, from IT and Data to Marketing and Ops.
Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience in training, process design, or analytics is a strong plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
