Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects: scope, budget, timeline, risk, and communication.
- Kick off new projects with internal teams and customers, aligning all stakeholders from day one.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring updates and progress are communicated effectively.
- Coordinate daily operations and task assignments with team leads and engineers.
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of security services such as Penetration Testing, Risk Assessments, GRC, and more.
- Ability to review and validate technical security reports.
- Conduct internal team check-ins to monitor project milestones, resolve challenges, and ensure quality.
- Prepare effort and resource utilization reports per project.
- Collaborate with the sales team to showcase company capabilities and support pre-sales discussions.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction during and after project delivery.
Qualification & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Cybersecurity or Technology sector.
- Prefer understanding of cybersecurity services (e.g., Red Teaming, GRC, AppSec, Risk Management).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and technologies: networking, software, data protection, web security.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex technical topics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly.
- Creative and proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Business analysis and client requirements gathering experience.
