Lead transversal teams cross Organization in charge of large scale transformation and solution development project
- Responsible for build and execute long term transformation and migration plans, reflecting executives vision, goals & strategy
- Responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
- Act as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams. making sure there’s buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy
- Define and oversee project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for large-scale, complex projects. Ensure that any commitments made are feasible and achievable.
- Develop, maintain, and adapt detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Organize project tasks and allocate resources, ensuring that significant projects are successfully delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Implement and maintain the project governance structure, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards, adapting to the needs of each project.mix of waterfall, SAFe agile methodologies
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes and tools.
- Collect, rationalize, analyze, and utilize multiple points of project data to inform decision-making and drive project performance.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues across significant or complex projects, maintaining a risk register and issue log.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define, manage and realize project benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and customer business needs.
- Ensure seamless project handover to operations, including training and support documentation.
- Responsible for the performance review of the PMs directly reporting to the senior PM in the project Org chart
- Responsible for providing feedback on the performance of all the resources working as part of the project to their line managers.
- Accountable for working with the line manager of the resources to develop the required performance improvement plan if needed.

Votre profil
- Demonstrate clear Leadership ability
- Skills for the motivation and leadership of the project team towards goals and targets.
- Empowerment & motivation.
- Expert in the methods and techniques for the timely reporting of progress of varying activities to senior management.
- Effective written and oral communication with the ability to tailor the approach
- B.Sc in Communication or Computer Engineering
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven Team Work Spirit
- Water fall, Agile, techniques and methodologies.
- 10 years of experience in telecom industry Project Management
