Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements on multiple platforms, ensuring clear and appealing job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely follow-up and record accuracy.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and market salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or consulting sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent English language.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:
- Days off: Friday and Saturday
- Working hours: 8:00 to17:30
