Project description
System, hardware and software integration, commissioning of the driver interaction, infotainment and data management system as well as the provision, operation and further development of test infrastructure and test automation for Porsche AG projects.
Responsibilities
Build, install, test, and maintain complex prototype vehicles by integrating mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer engineering in the automotive field for a German leading car manufacturer. The responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electromechanical problems, performing routine maintenance on test benches & AutoLab, assisting in the design and development of new prototype vehicles. They must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure systems will function seamlessly and safely at a later stage in the production and assembly environments.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration and Assembly:
Installing and assembling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for prototype vehicles.
Installation and Testing:
Setting up and testing hardware and software for prototype vehicles.
Maintenance and Repair:
Performing regular maintenance and executing repairs on prototype vehicles.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues within complex electromechanical systems.
Software and Programming:
Installing and programming software/functions for prototype vehicles.
Quality and Safety:
Adhering to quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards during all tasks.
System Optimization:
Analyzing and optimizing work processes and conducting weak point analyses to improve production and assembly efficiency. Suggest or implement Artificial Intelligence solutions when applicable.
Prototyping:
Constructing prototypes for new prototype vehicles.
