Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, fast support to customers in Canada and the U.S.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product questions via phone, email, and chat
- Handle objections and turn tough interactions into positive experiences
- Keep accurate records with speed and attention to detail
Key Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential
- Familiarity or interest in the automotive industry (cars, bikes, etc.)
- Experience in customer support, sales, or help desk roles
- Fast typing skills, quick thinking, and calm under pressure
- Flexible and reliable—able to work rotating shifts remotely

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
