Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, professionally, and empathetically.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
