We’re hiring bilingual call center reps, solar sales pros, appointment setters, and those with real estate, roofing, or home improvement sales experience. If you're experienced in outbound calls, lead generation, or closing deals—this is your chance to grow in the booming solar industry.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar energy and encouraging them to make the switch.
- Schedule consultations with our solar experts, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

- Base salary of $800 USD per month.
- $100 USD commission per completed installation — with agents typically closing 5–10 installations monthly.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- A competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Remote-ready setup: A reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection are required.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
