Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage homeowners through outbound sales calls, educating them on the benefits of solar energy
- Schedule high-quality consultations for our expert solar specialists
- Consistently exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a strong plus!)
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills with a persuasive approach
- Highly competitive & ambitious mindset – thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated & resilient – able to overcome objections and stay persistent
- Remote-ready setup – A reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection are required
