What is this role?
We’re growing fast, with strong product-market fit and a solid track record working with thousands of merchants. Our business development team is active and results-driven. As we enter the next stage of growth, we’re hiring someone to build out the commercial infrastructure that supports scale. This includes setting up and managing our CRM, building outbound sequences, writing sales scripts, and standardizing follow-up processes. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. We’re looking for someone with experience who can come in and implement best practices from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage our CRM infrastructure (e.g. HubSpot): pipelines, workflows, lead routing, and reporting
- Design and implement multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp/Instagram)
- Write sales scripts, cold emails, follow-up templates, and objection handling frameworks
- Standardize lead management and follow-up processes across the team
- Monitor funnel performance and optimize for conversion at each stage
- Train and support the BD team with tools, playbooks, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with founders to align sales strategy with company growth objectives
- Stay up to date on outbound tools, tactics, and CRM best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or revenue enablement
- Proven track record building CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) from the ground up
- Experience creating outbound sales sequences across multiple channels
- Strong copywriting skills for cold emails, call scripts, and follow-ups
- Solid understanding of lead management, funnel tracking, and pipeline reporting
Ability to train and support commercial teams with tools, playbooks, and coaching - Data-driven and highly organized, with a focus on execution and measurable impact
- Fluent in English; based in Cairo or open to relocation
