Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Actively engage with existing clients to understand their needs, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities for increased sales across our product portfolio.
* Generate New Business: Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential new clients, expanding our market reach and customer base in the industrial chemicals, agrochemicals, and veterinary medicines sectors.
* Market & Product Expertise: Leverage your selling and marketing skills to effectively present our diverse range of high-quality products, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
* Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sourcing opportunities and contribute to product development.
Qualifications:
* Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and client accounts.
* Excellent Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive negotiation.
* Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to effectively promote products.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine commitment to understanding and serving customer needs.
* Industry Knowledge (Plus): Experience or a strong interest in industrial chemicals, agrochemicals, or veterinary medicines is a significant advantage.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client challenges effectively and propose solutions.
