Job Title: Sales Engineer Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client relationships, following up on sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Follow the company’s sales policies and procedures as directed by management. 2. Execute all assigned tasks professionally and on time. 3. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction. 4. Monitor exhibitions and record customer visits and interactions. 5. Ensure timely product delivery, document the process, and share updates on the company’s designated communication channels. 6. Complete and submit the Client Order Form to the Accounts Department and send a copy to the Production Department and Warehouse. 7. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. 8. Provide periodic reports to management on sales activities and performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Previous experience in sales, preferably in an engineering or technical field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
