SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team to be responsible for handling marine export and local order operations.In this role we need a strong candidate who will coordinate closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order handling and delivery. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage documentation and compliance for intercompany shipments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
This position is based in our head office in New Cairo and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor - Protective & Marine.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internal intercompany customers to ensure all marine export and local order inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Maintain regular contact with freight forwarders to monitor shipping schedules, track vessel ETAs, and proactively address potential delays.
Coordinate with logistics partners to select optimal transport solutions, aligning deliveries with vessel arrival timelines for maximum efficiency.
Prepare specialized export documentation for intercompany shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as a key liaison between supply chain operations, sales teams, and customers to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery execution.
Ensure clear and continuous communication across departments to maintain alignment and streamline end-to-end order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications We Look for:
Bachelor's degree.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English & Arabic.
