The Infinity Group is a London-based payroll service provider for the construction industry. We manage subcontractors' payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.
Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies or agencies, processes their payments, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.
This position requires working within the UK time zone (GMT). The job will initially start as part-time during UK working hours and may shift to full-time depending on business needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for the company to grow and are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator. The role will involve dealing with clients and workers.
The role is currently working from home.
Job Spec – Main Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow-up after using our service for one month
- Send clients welcome packs, company merchandise
- Maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Requesting feedback on the service and reviews on Trustpilot and Google
- Acting as a liaison between the client and the sales team.
- Providing clients with information on service updates.
- Providing subcontractors with information on service updates.
- Dealing with subcontractor and client complaints
- Requesting a referral of £50 per from our clients after a month of using our service.
- Add them to social media platforms
- Follow-up meeting after one month
Sales Support:
- Providing information on service updates.
- Coordinating sales activities and events.
- Helping with the generation of sales leads.
Coordination:
- Coordinating with Marketing and generating email sequences.
- Acting as a point of contact between different departments, such as marketing and registration.
- Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the sales team.
Marketing Support
- Researching various platforms to promote our services.
- Reaching out to companies for collaboration by offering our services and creating advertisements for their social media.
- Contacting construction materials companies to inquire about the possibility of leaving our flyers in their stores.
Upselling Services
- Contact our existing subcontractors and offer personal accident cover
- Contact our existing subcontractors and offer the Self-Assessment service.
Online Reputation Management:
- Monitoring Mentions: Track brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across various online platforms.
- Responding to Feedback: Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews to demonstrate responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Building Trust: A proactive approach to online reputation helps build and maintain trust in the brand.
Administrative Support:
- Registration of new workers
- Verifying a new worker with HMRC
- Right-to-work Checks
- Identification Checks
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Maintaining worker records.
- Reconciling and producing reports to communicate to management.
- Managing new starters and leavers
- Handling sales-related paperwork, such as contracts and orders.
- Maintaining and updating sales records and databases.
- Preparing sales reports
