Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in managing leads, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring CRM accuracy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bitrix24 CRM and a strong understanding of sales operations, customer service, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and sales activities.
Maintain and update customer and lead records accurately in Bitrix24 CRM.
Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring all leads are properly categorized, followed up, and progressed.
Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and other sales-related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Follow up on customer inquiries and assist in resolving client issues or concerns.
Help implement and optimize CRM workflows and automation in Bitrix24.
Support onboarding and training of new sales staff on CRM tools and internal processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
Experience with Bitrix24 CRM is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of sales KPIs and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM customization and automation tools.
Experience in supporting B2B or B2G sales teams.
Fluent in [English / Arabic].
