Job Description
As a Salesforce Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programs, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Define and drive Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and architecture for enterprise clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high quality.
- Drive pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solutioning.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Required Qualifications:
- 12–15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce programs and teams.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Global delivery experience and working with offshore teams.
