· Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
· Supervise general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll accounting
· Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations
· Review and finalize financial statements and management reports
· Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit and Zakat reviews
· Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls
· Support ERP and system enhancements related to accounting functions
· Collaborate with FP&A and operations for budgeting and cost analysis
· Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members
Requirements
· 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
· Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
· Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-location retail is required
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
· Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax/Zakat regulations
· Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
· Strong leadership and communication skills
