About the position
The SAP Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering analytics solutions for SAP customers across various industries. This role involves managing medium to large-sized teams, solving complex business problems, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals set by senior management. The position requires extensive experience in SAP Analytics, particularly with SAP HANA and related technologies, and offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive community.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for the area of responsibility.
- Follow the strategic direction set by senior management to establish near-term goals.
- Interact with senior management and clients to gain acceptance on alternate approaches.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Manage medium-large sized teams at a client or within DXC.
Requirements
- Solid experience with SAP Analytics.
- Experience with implementations SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA with SAP/Data warehouse solutions.
- Experience with BI and Analytics.
- Experience with Data Warehousing and Database concepts.
- Experience with development of complex conceptual and logical data models.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
