What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans with precision
- Handling confidential communications and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, team members, and external partners
- Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Using your language and cultural skills to assist with international communication
