What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Assist in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf)
- Review CVs and help shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally
🔹 Employer Branding Support
- Contribute ideas and content for career page, LinkedIn, and social media posts
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, internship programs, and university partnerships
- Help create engaging content about company culture, employee stories, and more
🔹 Internal Communication
- Support internal announcements, newsletters, and communication campaigns
- Help in crafting creative messages, visuals, or captions for internal initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to share updates and celebrate milestones
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A student or fresh graduate in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about people, branding, and team culture
- Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
