Manage and oversee key operational functions, including logistics, document control, and hubs management, with a focus on secure and compliant KYC processes. The Senior Manager, Operations will ensure the effective execution and alignment of these functions with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Document Management, KYC Processes, Hub Operations, and Field Logistics through a team of direct-report managers.
- Support user conversion and reduce fallout by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of KYC and onboarding documents.
- Oversee the performance, compliance, and security of document management and field operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, service quality, and operational reliability.
- Monitor and manage KPIs/OKRs across all functions, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Lead people development efforts, coaching functional managers and supporting succession planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and other teams to translate business needs into execution plans.
- Establish and enforce business continuity protocols and operational risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Mandatory experience in operations or field logistics (preferably in fintech, or financial l services)
- Proven experience in managing managers or function heads and overseeing multiple parallel operational streams.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Document control and archiving
- KYC/identity verification operations
- Hub or multi-site operations management
- Experience in managing multi-site or distributed operational networks, including in-house and vendor-managed hubs.
- Strong data-driven approach with expertise in operational OKRS OR KPIs, reporting tools, and continuous improvement methods.
