🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from inbound lead qualification to deal close
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities
- Lead discovery calls and deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations
- Engage directly with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators
- Keep a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and process
- Identify customer objections and market trends to improve sales effectiveness

Contribute to team development by mentoring junior reps as needed
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries
- Proven success closing mid-to-high-ticket deals with business owners or executives
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable presence
- Strong organizational habits and experience managing a structured sales pipeline
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Bonus: Experience in franchise sales or operations-focused businesses
