Join a fast-growing franchise brand on a mission to scale nationwide. We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who’s ready to do more than hit quota—you’ll drive meaningful growth, shape strategy, and help entrepreneurs take the next step in their business journey.

This is a full-cycle role for a confident closer who thrives on owning a pipeline, delivering value, and influencing process as part of a small but mighty team.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle—from inbound lead qualification to deal close
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities
  • Lead discovery calls and deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations
  • Engage directly with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators
  • Keep a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and process
  • Identify customer objections and market trends to improve sales effectiveness
  • Contribute to team development by mentoring junior reps as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries
  • Proven success closing mid-to-high-ticket deals with business owners or executives
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable presence
  • Strong organizational habits and experience managing a structured sales pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bonus: Experience in franchise sales or operations-focused businesses
  • Self-motivated, independent, and available to work during EST business hours
