- Assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in handling day to day operation, KYC, MER,CFA completion ...etc and assist the SRM/RM in maintaining the account relationship, resolving related issues, if any.
- Assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in attracting new to bank assets & liability clients to corporate banking portfolio and broaden the portfolio including building up new relationships in order to meet financial objectives
- Assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in CP writing and analyzing the financial statements and preparing Mashreq risk rating evaluation.
- Coordinate with Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager to ensure that all necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer.
- Acquire thorough knowledge about the bank’s credit policies, products and services.
- Attending to customers calls as may be required
- Coordinate with CSU all pending issues to insure smooth daily operation
- Establish cordial relationship with client and complete any missing documents / information related to KYC update , UBO and insure routing business to Mashreq Bank
- Follow up with client to obtain the FYE financials as well as interim financials on due course
- Update financial spread and obligor risk rating as per the bank internal system
- Close any exceptions / deviations appeared in the monthly exception report.
2-4 years of experience in relationship management &/Or credit assessment.
Relationship management, credit analysis & operations skills.
Credit course is a plus
