Requirements
Key Responsibilities
System Administration Administer on-prem and cloud-hosted servers, operating systems, and network services.
Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID, ensuring seamless hybrid identity environments.
Cloud Platform Management Deploy and manage virtual machines, networking, and storage in Microsoft Azure.
Monitor cloud resources for performance and availability.
Endpoint & Device Management Use Microsoft Intune to configure policies, enroll devices, and push secure configurations such as (MDM, MAM, BYOD, Autopilot,etc.)
Ensure endpoint compliance and manage app deployments Security & Compliance
Manage tools like Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview Technical Support Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting for desktops, and cloud-based services.
Provide front-line support in Citrix and VDI environments, handling session errors, connectivity issues, and access requests
Document resolutions and assist with ticket management systems
Required Skills & Experience
Medium level experience across Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, and security tools
Hands-on experience with system administration (Windows Server, domain management)
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills for user support
Ability to juggle multiple priorities across support, admin, and project work.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, SC-200, or MS-102 are a plus
5-8 years in IT cloud infrastructure roles combining admin and support functions
