Your Role
- Design and execute performance test strategies
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks
- Build, train, and mentor a team of test engineers
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based testing is a plus
