- Receives all system issues from different stakeholders. And troubleshoot the issue as a first line of support
- Escalation of more complex issue to technical team or expert
- Follow up with technical team to close all support cases
- Follow up with service providers in case there was any issue with them.
- Preparing documents and videos for how to solve the problem
- Support business stakeholders whenever they face any system issue.
- Investigates on reasons behind each issue, finds the root cause and communicates solutions to the stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-4 year of experience.
- Experience in MS office is plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
