Job Duties
- Managing the sortation process per zone for each of our hubs.
- Managing daily cycle of receiving and dispatching the shipments to the hubs and ensuring that we followed the agreed SLA.
- Ensure dispatching all shipments at the same day to the destined hubs.
- Provide a support during all receiving, sorting and forwarding process to sorting facility team.
- Communicate workload issues to the operation manager to seek additional support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field.
- Very good English Level.
- Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree.
- Decision Making and problem solving skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
- Time Management and multi-tasking.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment.
- Focused and professional attitude.
